Garlic & Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops
What do you need: 1kg biodynamic loin lamb chops 4 Cloves garlic chopped 1/2 cup oil Zest of 1 lemon Salt and Pepper Fresh Rosemary Chopped What to do: Simply combine all the ingredients to create a marinade. Pour over the lamb chops and let them marinade for at least 1 hour. Heat your grill then sear the lamb chops for 2-3 minutes on each side. Lower the heat to medium and cook for a further 5 minutes. Pork Chops with Balsamic Glaze
YOU WILL NEED:4 boneless pork chops1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 3 garlic cloves1/2 tsp dried oregano, basil and thymeSalt and pepperCrushed red pepper flakes 2tbs raw honey WHAT TO DO:Preheat ovenSeason poem with salt and pepperIn a small saucepan combine vinegar, honey,garlic and all the herbsBring to the boil and simmer until thickened Sear the pork chops 1-2 minutes on either side then brush them with the glaze Transfer to the oven for 6-8 minutes then glaze one again Serve and Enjoy! Organic Diced Chicken & Coconut Curry (Paleo)
Ingredients: 1kg Diced Chicken 4 tablespoons Olive oil 1 large organic sweet potato diced 1 diced onion 3 cloves organic garlic 1 tablespoon of curry powder 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 cup chicken stock 1 can coconut milk salt and pepper to taste Method: Heat half of the oil, add the organic chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. brown the chicken and set aside.
