6kg Half leg Ham skin removed and scored
1 tablespoon whole cloves
1/2 x 600g jar sweet orange marmalade
1/3 cup raw sugar
1 tablespoon tamari sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Pre heat BBQ on high with hood closed. Press cloves into the corners of diamonds that have been cut on your ham. Place ham on a wire rack in a disposable foil baking tray.
Combine marmalade,sugar, tamari and ginger in a bowl. Using a pastry brush, brush half the mixture over the ham. Reduce the temperature to medium. Cook Ham with hood closed for 30 minutes. (times may vary depending on BBQ).
Brush the remaining marmalade mixture of the ham and cook with hood closed for a further 45 minutes or until ham is canalised ands slightly charred. Discard the cloves, carve ham and serve with mustard.
