Garlic & Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops

What do you need:

1kg biodynamic loin lamb chops

4 Cloves garlic chopped

1/2 cup oil

Zest of 1 lemon

Salt and Pepper

Fresh Rosemary Chopped

What to do:

Simply combine all the ingredients to create a marinade. Pour over the lamb chops and let them marinade for at least 1 hour. Heat your grill then sear the lamb chops for 2-3 minutes on each side. Lower the heat to medium and cook for a further 5 minutes. Allow the chops to rest on the plate for a further 5 minutes before serving.
