Best corned beef I have ever had.
Next time I would reduce the amount of salt added. Although I thoroughly rinsed it, it was still too salty for my taste. Obviously not a flaw on your behalf but just a suggestion for future buyers to consider.
When I placed my order, I requested cooking instructions but did not receive any. I rang your company but the recipient of my call was not informative. Therefore I was combining various methods on the internet and I suspect this may have led to excess salt. Please accept this as a positive criticism as your corned beef is of the highest quality and I want to remain a customer.
