Pasta sheets: Flour Eggs

Bolognese Sauce: Beef mince, nutmeg, cloves, red wine, white wine, tomato, garlic, celery, carrot, onion, pepper, bay leaves, salt, extra virgin olive oil

Other: Fior di latte (cow’s milk, salt & rennet) Bechamel- Flour, butter, full cream milk Parmessan

OVEN:

Pre heat 190 deg (fan forced)

Remove tray from bag

Cover with foil

Place black tray with lasagne in the oven

Cook for 15 minutes

MICROWAVE

Remove tray from bag

Place black tray with lasagna in the microwave

Cook for 6 minutes
